- Persian Cultural Foundation
The Persian Cultural Foundation (PCF) is a registered 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization. The PCF was established in 1995 in New Jersey to support and promote academic and community projects as well as cultural activities that pay tribute to this heritage.
A central mission of the PCF is to facilitate processes that would encourage the Iranian-American youth and American society at large to enhance their familiarity with Persia's multifaceted historical and contemporary contributions to the world civilization.
The PCF is committed to preserving and advancing the Persian heritage in science and technology, literature and arts, medicine and public health, music and the performing arts. - The Toronto Initiative for Iranian Studies has played an active role in organizing events and conferences related ot Iranian studies in Canada and world-wide. Please see the website for more information.
- Department of Historical Studies, UTM
- Historical Studies at UTM is a transdisicplinary department established by the merging of Classics, Religion, and History in January 2005. This new department intends to provide students with a globally framed historical education that encompasses programs in Classical Civilizations, History of Religions, and History. Students completing these programs will attain a deep and critical historical comprehension of the interplay of classical civilizations, world religions, and historical societies.
